General Upgrades
As long as there are tickets remaining, you are welcome to upgrade! Unfortunately, the ticketing system does not allow for direct ticket upgrades. Therefore, you will need to purchase the upgraded ticket(s) and then send the confirmation numbers for both purchases to help@BarbieDreamFest.com. Once we verify that the upgrade has been purchased, we will be able to issue a refund for the original purchase.
Upgrading to an Icon Pass
If you’d like to add a photo with Serena and reserved seating for the Icon Awards to your existing ticket, purchase the Icon Pass add-on through our website. If you’re looking to change your current pass to the Icon Pass, email our team at help@barbiedreamfest.com.
